2015-2016 School Year Registration is Now Open!

The GKA training system is built around three major areas of study:
ballet, core dynamics, and dramatic development.

Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet offers students of all levels to train throughout the year with our renowned faculty in our studios located in DUMBO, New York City, New York.



Developing classical dancers who are capable of expressing powerful theatrical ideas in ballet through a rich understanding of other artistic disciplines, cultures, and traditions. GKA provides year round full-time ballet training by the finest teachers in the world.

The GKA Children’s Program was created for aspiring dancers ages 3 – 11 who want to experience the joy that comes from dancing. Students develop creative movement skills, musicality, rhythm, coordination, expression, character, and confidence.
